In King’s Organizational and Human Resources program, you’ll focus on this essential element, learning how to maximize organizational performance through effective employee selection and training, performance appraisals and rewards systems, as well as leadership development and diversity management. From this program, you can earn a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation, or take your skills and knowledge to careers in human resources, labour relations and organizational development, management and teaching, and every sector of business.

Organizations and Human Resources is part of King’s School of Management, Economics and Mathematics (MEM). The School of MEM is unique in its interdisciplinary focus, and you’ll work in close connection with faculty and peers across related disciplines. The synergy between disciplines delivers extra technical and analytics skills, no matter the subject you’re learning.

Check out the latest issue of the MEM Insider, a magazine written and produced by MEM students.
