If you’re driving to King’s, you’ve got parking options! There are 11 parking lots on campus, including pay-per-use parking, and others available through student parking permits. There is also free two-hour street parking on the east side of Waterloo Street, south of Epworth Avenue.
If you’re living in Residence, you can purchase one of the limited number of guaranteed parking permits available for selected parking lots.
P1 Wemple Hall: Employee permits, guest parking. Pay-per-use parking from 4 pm to midnight - $5/entry.
P2 Wemple East Lot: Employee permits, guaranteed off-campus student permits. Pay-per-use parking from 4 pm to midnight - $5/entry.
P3 Library: Pay-per-use via HONK app - $2/hr + HONK transaction fee
P4 Dante Lenardon Hall: Employee permits only
P5 Meadowdown: Guaranteed residence parking permits, guaranteed off-campus student permits
P6 Broughdale Hall: Pay-per-use via HONK app - $2/hr + HONK transaction fee. Overnight parking 8 pm to 8 am - $8/night + HONK transaction fee. Note: Reserved parking spots are not available for pay-per-use or overnight parking.
P7 St. Thomas Aquinas House: Pay-per-use via HONK app - $1.75/hr + HONK transaction fee
P8 Modular Building: Employee permits only
P9 King's Commons: Guaranteed residence parking permits, guaranteed off-campus student permits
P10 King's House: Employee permits, guaranteed off-campus student permits. Note: Reserved parking spots are for vehicles displaying an authorized reserved parking hangtag only.

Please note: King’s University College accepts no liability for theft or damage to cars in the parking lots. Ensure that your vehicle is locked and that no valuables are visible. Only cars with a special permit are allowed to park overnight on King’s property; all others will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Please follow the instructions on the Notice of Violation you received from King’s University College.
Vehicles with unpaid tickets may be towed at the owner's expense.
Parking Rules
Signs at the entrances of the lots have the parking rules for that lot. It is your responsibility to read and follow these rules.
Payment of Fines
Payment of the fine can be made using one of the following options:
1. Mailing your cheque, payable to King's University College, to the address in the footer below. Please include the ticket number on your cheque.
2. Pay in person at Student Financial Services, in the Wemple Building W144. Bring the ticket with you.
Payment must be received within 21 days of the issue date. Reduced fines must be received by the date indicated on the reverse. Any unpaid fines may be subject to further action, such as the sealing of Academic Records. For non-students, unpaid fines will be processed and tracked, and may be subject to provisions under the Trespass to Property Act of Ontario.
Objections & Appeals
A notice of objection must be submitted in writing (short letter) or on a form available online or from Parking Services. Appeals must be submitted within one week of the infraction if the appeal is to be considered.
Please follow the instructions on the Notice of Parking Infraction you received from Western Parking Services.
Within 14 days of the date of the parking infraction, you must choose one of the following options on the reverse side of the notice. Failure to exercise one of these options may result in the loss of the right to appeal, and/or additional fees.
Option 1: Payment
1. Online or by scanning the QR code provided.
2. In person at Western Parking Services, SSB, 1393 Western Road, Room 4150, London, ON, N6G 1G9. The office is open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4 pm, excluding holidays.
Option 2: Appeal
Appeals are initiated only through the Western Parking Services website or by scanning the QR code provided. Appeals will not be accepted past 14 days from the date on the notice. The decision of the Parking Appeals Committee is final.Office personnel at Western Parking Services can not accept written or verbal appeals. Appeals must be submitted online. Office personnel at Western Parking Services can not void a notice of parking infraction.
A request for an open hearing must be submitted with the online appeal. Failure to attend a scheduled open hearing will result in the infraction being upheld and a loss of the right to appeal the citation in the future.
