The Joanne and Peter Kenny Theatre is a 476-seat auditorium, with the first four rows removable to extend the stage. There are two screens and one projector in the theatre. The theatre has a basic theatrical lighting package for productions, as well as a full sound board. This space is ideal for films, festivals, plays and conferences.

The Spriet and Garron Lounges consist of a unique, open space for a banquet (Garron Lounge) as well as an open space ideal for lectures/presentations. Both are in our Student Life Center and can be rented together or separately. The Garron Lounge is 3,641 square feet and can seat 70 to 150 people. The Spriet Lounge is 2,584 square feet and can seat 60 to 90 people.
Cost: $250 each per day or $500 for both spaces
The Vitali Lounge in Wemple is a spacious, bright, and inviting room that is ideal for both small and large gatherings. With seating for up to 90 people, it's versatile enough to accommodate a variety of events, including lectures and receptions. The room is equipped with a projector and microphone, ensuring your presentation runs smoothly. Plus, catering options are available to make your event even more special.
Cost: $200 per day
A bright and inviting space with lots of windows, Labatt Hall is suitable for small or large gatherings, including meetings, conferences, and special occasions and events. It holds up to 280 people in a lecture-style set-up and 200 people for a catered dinner. Labatt Hall has a projector and microphones for presentations, and parking is conveniently nearby.

Choose from a range of fully furnished residence spaces in five different building styles.
Wemple Hall has single and double rooms with shared washrooms. Each floor of the two-floor building has a lounge, a kitchenette and a laundry room. The rooms are furnished with twin beds and mattresses, a dresser, a desk and chair, and storage space for clothes and other items. The Thames Market dining hall is conveniently located on the lower level of Wemple Hall.

King’s has four townhouse blocks. The rooms are either singles or doubles, with shared washrooms. The rooms have twin beds and mattresses, a dresser, a desk and chair, and convenient storage space for your belongings. Each block has a kitchenette, a lounge and a laundry room.

Alumni Court rooms are singles or doubles, with a shared washroom. The residence has two kitchenettes, three lounges and two laundry rooms. These rooms feature twin beds, as well as a dresser, a desk and chair, and great storage for your items.

Epworth Place Houses are set up for four residents; each resident has their own bedroom with a double bed, desk and closet. The houses are fully furnished and contain a kitchen, laundry room, family room, and two or three full washrooms.

A short walk from the campus, at the corner of Richmond and Epworth Streets, King’s Commons units include four single bedrooms with queen beds in each. The apartments are fully furnished, with a kitchen, two washrooms, laundry facilities and a comfortable lounge area.
