King’s offers residence accommodation for first- and upper-year students in a variety of buildings. Besides Alumni Court, the Townhouses and Wemple Hall, upper-year students can choose the Epworth Place Houses and King's Commons. Both of these options are convenient, comfortable and fully equipped. The King's campus map will show you where they all are. Prices start at $1,000 a month for these two residences, with a 12-month lease. If you decide to move off campus, you can use the Off-Campus Housing Services shared by Western and the affiliate colleges – it's the best place to start your housing search. You'll find rental listings, information on tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities, average rental prices and budgeting tips, and receive regular newsletters and mediation services. You can visit them in Ontario Hall at Western, or online.
