Once you have applied to King's, you'll receive an email confirming we have received your application[s]. Please read this carefully as it provides instructions on setting up your Western Identity and accessing your King’s Portal. Please note that the Western Student Center only lists the required documents needed for applications to Western’s Main Campus.

Submitting your grades

Now we need your grades so we can evaluate your application. We'll ask you for exactly what we need on your King’s Portal. We'll ask for any grades that you have already received (final), any grades in your current courses (mid-year or in-progress) or predicted results.

We will also ask for proof of English Language Proficiency, if required.

We can’t assess your application until we have everything. We'll ask you to resubmit if you don't send us what we asked for, or if you send it in a different way than what we requested.

Ontario High School Students

We will get your grades from your OUAC application: you do not need to send your transcript to us directly. All you have to do is make sure your school has uploaded all of your mid-year and final grades correctly. Also, confirm that your school has added all the courses you will be taking, even if you don't have grades in them yet.

Ontario Transfer Students

If you study or have studied in Ontario, use the Transcript Request section of the OUAC application to have your transcript submitted electronically.
