How do I update my contact information?

You can update your contact information through the Address Update Form or by emailing alumni@kings.uwo.ca.

How do I get my diploma if I did not attend convocation?

For information about picking up your diploma or ordering it to be delivered by mail, please visit this page of the website for the Office of the Registrar at Western.

How do I get a copy of my transcript?

You can order your transcript from the Office of the Registrar at Western University or call 519-661-2100.

How do I get a duplicate or replacement copy of my diploma?

You can order your diploma from the Office of the Registrar at Western University or call 519-661-2100.

Where can I purchase a frame for my degree?

You can order a King's degree frame from the King's Connection. Visit kingsconnectionshop.com/collections/diploma-frames for more information.

Can I still use my @uwo.ca email address after I graduate?
  • If you graduated in 2015 or later, your @uwo.ca account is your Email for Life address.
  • If you graduated before 2015 and do not already have an @alumni.uwo.ca address, complete the request form at alumni.westernu.ca/purple-perks/email-for-life/.
Can I still access King's library services?

King's alumni are entitled to borrowing privileges at the Cardinal Carter Library, as well as at the libraries of Western, Huron University College and St. Peter’s Seminary. Your Western Alumni card or recently expired Western ID is your library card. For more information about library services for alumni, visit the Borrowing Services page of the library..

How do I get my Alumni Card?
