Barbara Christensen '24

Barbara Christensen, '24, graduated with an honours double major in Political Science and French, and she will pursue a law degree at Western. Discover how her experiences as a student leader and strong connections with King's faculty, like Dr. Tieku, a politics and international relations professor, have equipped her with transferable skills for her next chapter. Here, you're more than just a number. She firmly believes in the importance of getting involved and making the most of your experience at King's.

Moses Latigo Odida '09

Moses Latigo Odida '09, a documentary filmmaker, was inspired by King's Social Justice program to delve into the complexities of social injustices worldwide. He attributes his success to King's nurturing community and supportive faculty, particularly Professor Ron Trojcak, who not only challenged him but also guided him to become the person he aspired to be and helped him realize his dreams.

Cate Murray '96

Cate Murray '96, President and CEO of Canada's Stem Cell Network, shares how our community brings people together. Discover how King's instilled in Cate a profound sense of purpose and the value of giving back. Her history degree equipped her with the skills to communicate effectively, bridging the gap between past and present, and enabling her to thrive in her current leadership role at Canada's Stem Cell Network.

Dalla Zhao '19

Dalla Zhao '19 is a Business Analyst at RBC. She graduated with a double major in Political Science and Philosophy. Although she doesn't have a business or finance background, she confidently attributes the soft skills she learned from King's to her success in her current role. Her role as a Program Assistant at the King's International Office honed her time management and adaptability skills and helped her transition from university life to her professional career, demonstrating our commitment to student development.
