Your King’s degree in Management and Organizational Studies (MOS) prepares you for the ever-changing world of business. You’ll receive an MBA-style foundation with courses in accounting, finance, marketing, operations, organizational behaviour, and strategic management. Then you build on this strong foundation to get where you want to go: a specialization in accounting, finance, global commerce, or human resources.

In our MOS program, you’ll find the courses to pursue related professional accreditations including the Certified Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), or Canadian Human Resources Professional (CHRP). And because it’s embedded in a liberal arts university, you can further enhance your qualifications with a minor one of the many other programs offered here.

Management and Organizational Studies is part of King’s School of Management, Economics and Mathematics (MEM). The School of MEM is unique in its interdisciplinary focus, and students work in close connection with faculty and peers across related disciplines. The synergy between disciplines delivers extra technical and analytics skills, no matter the subject you’re learning.

Regardless of the path you choose, your personalized learning experience will be guided by experienced faculty members who bring concepts to life with real-world case material and skill-building exercises delivered in the small class environment that is the trademark of a King’s education.

MOS must be part of an honours double major degree, but King's gives you an abundance of options. Learn more about our double majors, including our two new double majors programs: combining MOS with Sociology or Criminology for an incredibly versatile education.
