Celebration of Graduates
Thursday, June 12, 2025
Key Deadlines:
- April 30, 2025: Deadline to apply to graduate
- May 30, 2025: Deadline to order your regalia
Graduates and their guests are invited to begin the day at King’s with a 9:00 a.m. Mass, celebrated by Bishop Fabbro, followed by our annual Blessing and Awards Ceremony at 10:30 a.m., featuring remarks from King’s Valedictorian, Ali Walker, as we celebrate our graduates, award recipients, and academic community.
Later in the afternoon, all King’s graduates will cross the stage in a single ceremony at Canada Life Place, Western’s new convocation venue, at 3:00 p.m. This space offers improved accessibility and a larger capacity, ensuring a comfortable and memorable experience for graduates and guests alike.
Shuttles & Parking
- Free parking will be available at King’s (in campus lots and along Waterloo Street).
- Shuttle service between King’s and Canada Life Place runs from 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM, making it easy to travel between campus and the downtown venue. An accessible shuttle will be available. Please email convocation@kings.uwo.ca in advance to make accessibility arrangements.
