How to apply for ethics approval

Study protocols must be submitted electronically on the application process. Download and complete the Non-Medical Research RERC Submission Form (Microsoft Word document). For each project, the researcher must complete the following steps and compile the following components in one file:

1. Download and complete the Non-Medical Research RERC Submission Form (Microsoft Word document).
2. Attach
  • Checklist
  • Letter of Informed consent and any debriefing documents
  • Surveys, questionnaires, or interview tools for the research
  • Advertisement and promotional materials for participant contact and recruitment
3. Save the completed forms on your computer.
4. Ensure that file names are alphanumeric, contain no spaces, and do not exceed 30 characters.
5. Submit the completed forms on the application portal.
