Research Activity Committee (RAC)
The King’s Research Activity Committee (RAC) is composed of King's faculty members, a representative from the Cardinal Carter Library, and support staff members from the Academic Dean’s Office. The RAC oversees all of King’s research activity, including King’s Research Centres, the Research Seminar Series, and King’s research publications.
The committee also adjudicates the Distinguished University Professor Designation, and King’s research awards: the King's Research Excellence Fund competitions, the Hugh Mellon Excellence in Research Award, and the Early Career Excellence in Research Award.
