MaX UC Voicemail

1. Open the MaX UC program on your computer and click the voicemail icon.
   
    
2. In the new window, click Messages.
3. Next, click the Gear icon.
   
    
4. Expand Voicemail Greeting
5. From the drop-down menu, select your voicemail choice. To record a new greeting, select Personal and click record or edit.
   
    
6. You may need to allow your browser to use your microphone. Click Allow.
7. Click the red record icon to record a new greeting, or click Upload Greeting to upload a file you've previously recorded.
8. Click Save when done.
   
    
9. Click Apply to complete your voicemail setup.
   
    

Click the Voicemail icon (it will indicate when you have new voicemail):

You can click to play your voicemail. Options to delete or forward the voicemail are also here:

Call the Execulink number - 519-243-9898.

Enter your personal 10 digit MaX UC phone number, followed by #.

Enter your voicemail PIN, followed by #.

Using your browser go to https://voiceportal.execulink.com/

Enter your personal 10 digit MaX UC phone number

Enter your MaX UC Password.

Click on "Messages"

Call the Execulink number - 519-243-9898.

Press *

Enter the Hunt Group's 10 digit MaX UC phone number, followed by #.

Enter the voicemail PIN, followed by #.

Call the Execulink number - 519-243-9898.

Enter the Hunt Group's 10 digit MaX UC phone number, followed by #.

Enter the voicemail PIN, followed by #.

To configure your voicemail to be sent to you by email, click on Tools, and then on View Account.

Next, click on Message Settings and select to forward messages as emails. Enter your King's email and choose whether you want to also leave the original voicemail in the mailbox.
 

Click on the Voicemail button in MaX UC:

Find the gear icon on the right hand side of the new window:

Click Message Settings, and then select Forward messages as emails. Enter your King's email and choose whether you want to also leave the original voicemail in the mailbox:

Using your browser go to https://voiceportal.execulink.com/

Enter your personal 10 digit MaX UC phone number

Enter your MaX UC Password.

Click on "Messages Settings"

Select "Forward Messages as emails" add your email address and click apply
