Mobile Device Support Policy
Support options:
Devices provided by King’s ITS
- Full support will be provided to College assigned devices
- ITS will select, procure and issue the device
- The devices will have a standard configuration and setup
- The devices will be registered on the College Mobile Device Management System.
Devices owned by the user and paid for by communications service stipend
- Support will be provided for configuration
- In the event of loss or theft, ITS will assist the user with invoking the remote wipe function
