Working part-time at King's is a great way to offset some of your university expenses and gain valuable work experience. We offer our students a wide range of opportunities to earn some money while gaining valuable work experience.

Work Study Program

The Work Study program offers you the opportunity to work flexible hours on campus in jobs that accommodate your schedule. The program also offers valuable job training and experience that will contribute to your skill set for their entrance into the workforce.

The program provides a regular source of income to students in financial need, lessening their overall debt load. Financial need is determined in a manner similar to the Canada and Ontario Student Loans Assessment. It involves assessing a student's program costs and living costs in comparison to the resources available to them.

International Work Experience Program

The International Work Experience (I.W.E.) Program offers an opportunity for International students to work part-time on campus in jobs that accommodate their studies. The I.W. E. Program offers training and experience that will assist you in further studies and your entrance into the workforce, provides an opportunity to contribute to the well-being and success of King’s, as well as provides a source of earnings for International students.

Other On-Campus Employment

An on-campus job can be a convenient way to gain valuable work experience and make some money right here at King's while completing your degree. King's offers other job opportunities for students, including student ambassador roles or residence staff. On-campus employment opportunities are available to all King's students. Positions are posted on the King's website.
