Residence Application
New Students
All first-year applicants who receive an offer of admission to King’s are offered guaranteed residence until the established deadline date (typically near the end of May or early June). You will receive your residence offer in your offer of admission package. Residence space may be available after the guarantee deadline date; however, this cannot be guaranteed.

Your "Western Identity" refers to your Western/King's username/password for all student accounts.

If your ACCESS code/PIN is not located on your Offer of Admission letter, please click here to retrieve it.
Your student number can be found at the top right of your Offer of Admission letter from King's.After activating your Western Identity, it is required to set up MFA (Multi- Factor Authentication). Please follow these steps: https://mfa.uwo.ca/steps_to_setup_mfa.html. Failing to set up MFA will result in your email being disabled.
- Follow the application instructions in your offer of admission package. If you have misplaced these instructions, or require other assistance contact the Residence Office at residence@kings.uwo.ca.
- Please review the following documents prior to applying to residence. Submitting your application confirms your agreement to abide by the Rules of Residence and the Residence Agreement.
Returning Residents
Upper Year Returning Residents Applications
Current students who wish to re-apply for residence can contact the Residence and Campus life Office at residence@kings.uwo.ca for the application link.
Tours of Epworth Place and King’s Commons will begin in November. Applications will open in December for the following September.
