April 1
  • OSAP application deadline for those students using OSAP to pay their tuition/fees for the summer session.
May 1
  • First day of work for Summer Student Employees (Work Study and IWE).
May 15
  • Fees due for all summer session students
June 30
  • OSAP application deadline for those students using OSAP to pay their tuition/fees for the upcoming Fall/Winter term.
JULY 1 - OR Following Business Day
  • Parking pass applications for the upcoming Fall/Winter term available online. 
  • Health and Dental Opt-Out available online through https://purplecare.ca for full-time students. 
July 15
  • Deadline to submit OSAP Signature/Declaration pages and all other supporting OSAP documentation, for those students using OSAP to pay their tuition/fees during the upcoming Fall/Winter term.
August 1
  • Scholarship/Bursary applications for the upcoming Fall/Winter term available online.
  • Work Study application for the upcoming Fall/Winter term available online.
  • Fall/Winter Term: First installment of fees due for International students
August 15
  • Fall/Winter Term: First installment of tuition and residence fees due for Domestic, non-OSAP students
August 23
  • IWE application available online for Fall/Winter term.
August 31
  • Last day to work for all summer student employees (Work Study and IWE)
September 23
  • Health and Dental Plan (my student plan) opt-out deadline - Full Time students. (https://purplecare.ca) 
  • My Virtual Doctor opt-out deadline - Full Time students. (https://purplecare.ca)
  • Deadline to apply for the Fall/Winter IWE program
September 30
  • Scholarship/Bursary application deadline for most in-program awards at King's.
November 1
  • Fall/Winter Term: Second installment of fees due for International students (if applicable).
December 2
  • Deadline for Domestic students, starting in January, to apply for OSAP and submit all supporting documentation in order to defer the January tuition installment until OSAP is released.
January 10
  • Fall/Winter Term: Second installment of tuition and residence fees due for Domestic non-OSAP students on Plan B.
  • Fees due for those students admitted/starting in January. 
February 14
  • Full Time Summer Work Study and Part-Time Summer IWE applications open.
March 14
  • Part-Time Summer IWE application closes.
March 21
  • Full-Time Summer Work Study application closes.
March 31
  • Contract end date for the Fall/Winter Work Study and IWE work programs.
