2025-2026 RESIDENCE LIFE STAFF POSITIONS
(PAID, LIVE-ON-CAMPUS POSITIONS)


Who We Are:

The Residence and Campus Life Office consists of five professional staff members and 20 student staff members consisting of residence assistants, coordinators and residence support assistants. We are also supported by our team of 15 student staff at the Residence Information Desk. Where we collectively work together to serve a community of over 400 residence students.

Who You Are:

During this selection process, we are seeking:

  • Full time students who bring passion, drive, and a genuine interest in supporting others and seeing them grow and succeed.
What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as a role model for a community of students in residence (predominantly first year)
  • Advise and mentor students on personal and academic matters
  • Respond to mental health concerns, first-aid emergencies and non-emergencies taking place within the residences
  • Facilitate social networking for residents by hosting unit meetings and events
  • Work closely with residence managers and fellow residence staff colleagues to foster safe and positive campus environment.
