Situated in a quiet North London and backing on to the Thames River, King’s offers a unique full-service conference, meeting and event centre ideal for everything from small meetings to large conferences in a post-secondary setting.
What we offer:
- Meeting and board rooms: Suitable for groups from 5 to 30 people; available year-round
- Multi-purpose event spaces: Up to 475 standing, up to 225 seated; available May-September and by request during the academic year
- Classrooms: Equipped with projectors, with seating for up to 100 people; available May-September and by request during the academic year
- Theatre: Seating for up to 476 people. Includes AV data projection and basic theatre lighting, state-of-the-art PA system with multi-channel mixer, mics (lapel mics available), stands; stage and green room; available May-September and by request during the academic year
- Co-ordination of food services, security, AV requirements and staffing
- Conference and event planning from conception to completion
- On-site parking
- Access to walking paths, green space for breaks
- Access to library, cafeteria, games room, reflection room
- Residential accommodations available from May to September
