The passing of Dr. Hugh Mellon

The King's Community mourns the passing of Dr. Hugh Mellon, Political Science professor. Hugh died on Sunday, August 10th in his 59th year at St. Joseph's Hospice.
Dr. Mellon’s death is a great loss for our community. He will be missed by the many colleagues, friends and students that he mentored. Our prayers are with his family and all of those touched by this loss.

For those attending Dr. Hugh Mellon’s funeral on August 15th at 10 a.m., you will have the option to take a shuttle bus from King’s campus to St. Peter’s Basilica, 196 Dufferin Avenue. Bus service begins at 9 a.m. at the main bus strip across from Wemple Hall.
Pick-up service from St. Peter’s to King’s begins at 11:30 a.m.
