King's welcomes new HR Director

King’s is pleased to welcome Karen Gingrich, CHRL, as our new Director of Human Resources (HR).  She will begin in her new role on September 26, 2022.

“I am thrilled to be joining the team at King's.  I look forward to meeting members of the campus community and working with the HR department to best support the university's values and organizational goals,” says Gingrich.

Gingrich comes to King's with experience in both the public and private sectors, most recently being the Associate Director of Human Resources at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry since 2019. Prior to that, she was the Human Resources Consultant and Human Resources Manager at the Schulich School from 2016 to 2019. Gingrich also worked in HR positions at Labatt Breweries of Canada and Gerdau Long Steel North America. She is a graduate of Wilfred Laurier and Queen’s University.
