King’s is pleased to introduce Carri Rodgers-Rowley as the Director, Institutional Planning & Finance, effective March 24, 2025. Rodgers-Rowley brings extensive experience in financial analysis, budget development and operational leadership in both the private and public sectors to the role. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Western Ontario and a Masters of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Most recently, Rodgers-Rowley held the position of Director, Corporate Budgeting and Forecasting at the London Health Sciences Centre here in London where she oversaw the development of a 1.5 billion dollar operating budget. Prior to this, she worked at the University of Western Ontario as the Executive Director of Finance and Operations for the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry. Rodgers-Rowley has also held the position of Operations Manager for the Faculty of Business at Fanshawe College and was the Chair of the School of Information Technology. She has held other Controller positions, has worked as a part-time Business Professor and has served the community in several Board roles.

In her new role, Rodgers-Rowley will report to Dr. Robert A. Ventresca, President (Interim) and Professor of King’s, and provide direct oversight to the finance team. She will provide King’s with the necessary financial guidance in order to inform decisions around resources and budget allocation in support of King’s mission.
