Dr. Ventresca began his tenure as Interim President effective September 4. 2024.
"We look forward to continuing to work with Dr. Ventresca to further our mission as a Catholic university including by launching our strategic plan, conducting an operating review, and launching the new Academic Council and Community Assemblies. We are committed to ensuring Dr. Ventresca has the support necessary to excel in this demanding role," says Brennan.
The Board looks forward to consulting with members of the Academic Council in September on a review of the Board’s policy on the search and appointment of the president. The selection committee is expected to begin a rigorous and transparent process in October, with the goal of filling the position of President on a permanent basis by July 1, 2025.
