King's community serve up hot meals at Hospitality Centre
April 8, 2013
The Office of Campus Ministry and members of the King's community are returning this Saturday, April 13 to St. Joseph's Hospitality Centre at 707 Dundas Street East. Twice a year, at Christmas and at Easter, volunteers offer their services to provide hot meals as part of King's outreach to those in need.
While there are plenty of volunteers, there is a demand for food donations to meet anticipated needs. If you are able to assist in this regard, please contact Lisa Caeiro in the Office of Campus Ministry at 519-433-3491 ext. 4422.
Food can be dropped off at the Hospitality Centre on Saturday between 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Items ranging from a bag of apples, to a tray of lasagna, to a loaf of bread would be appreciated. No gift is too small.
On behalf of those who will be served, thank you for your generosity.
