King's community asked to provide input on City of London Diversity and Inclusion Statement
January 26, 2017
King’s faculty, students and alumni, including Dr. Bharati Sethi of the School of Social Work, are working with community members to create a more inclusive culture in London.
Earlier this month a group of Community Diversity and Inclusion Champions, including Dr. Sethi, met to begin working on London’s Community Diversity and Inclusion Strategy (#CDIS). A draft Vision and Statement of Commitment for the strategy was developed and the group is now asking everyone in Londoners to provide input.
Please visit a new online tool to review the work and provide your feedback at https://engage.london.ca/CDIS
Please take a moment to share your own thoughts, and then help the Champions reach out to Londoners. You can share the link through email, social media (hashtag #CDIS), in-person conversations with the Champions at King’s including Dr. Sethi.
The Champions group needs to hear back from as many Londoners as possible by Monday, January 30, before their next meeting.
