Our Purpose:
The Physical Plant department provides a foundation that supports the daily operations of the King’s Community, ensuring a pleasant, safe and well maintained environment.
The Physical Plant Department encompasses administration, custodial and housekeeping, maintenance, grounds, reception and security. We are responsible for:
Work Orders
You can make a Physical Plant Work Request online to report repairs such as plumbing, electrical and carpentry. Upon completion, the work order will be returned to your attention.
Emergency requests should be reported immediately to Reception.
