The Human Resources Department at King's University College is responsible for the planning, implementation and management of employee relations, non-faculty recruitment and employment, promotion of equal opportunities, orientation, the development and interpretation of HR policies and assistance with managing job performance. The HR Department will also provide advice on employment contracts and employment standards.
