All students who have accepted an offer of admission to King’s University College for 2016 - 2017 in one of the above programs must receive academic counselling prior to course selection.
We recommend that you register for your academic counselling appointment immediately upon acceptance of your offer in order to increase flexibility in course selection and timetabling. Your appointment will take approximately 3 hours and include academic counselling, course selection, course registration, photo I.D. and fees information. In addition to providing a campus tour, we will also be pleased to provide information and answer questions from parents during this time.
Although highly recommended, if it is impossible for you to attend an on-campus appointment at King’s, please contact the Registrar’s Office at 1-800-265-4406 extension 4999, or 519-433-3491 extension 4999, to make alternative arrangements for counselling and course selection.
In order to book your appointment you will require your student number and three digit academic counselling reference number found on your offer of admission letter.
The Counselling and Student Development Office provides academic accommodation for students with disabilities. Once an academic counselling appointment has been booked, students requiring this service are advised to contact us at 1-800-265-4406 extension 4321 for further information. It may be possible to meet with a counselor in conjunction with your visit to King’s for academic counselling and/or course selection.
