2025-2026 RESIDENCE LIFE STAFF POSITIONS
(PAID, LIVE-ON-CAMPUS POSITIONS)

Who We Are:

The Residence and Campus Life Office consists of five professional staff members and 15 student staff members, including Residence Assistants and a Head Residence Assistant. We are also supported by our team of approximately 15 student staff at the Residence Information Desk, where we collectively work together to serve a community of over 400 residence students.

Who You Are:

During this selection process, we are seeking:

• Full time students who bring passion, drive, and a genuine interest in supporting others and seeing them grow and succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a role model for a community of students in residence (predominantly first year)
• Advise and mentor students on personal and academic matters
• Respond to mental health concerns, first-aid emergencies and non-emergencies taking place within the residences
• Facilitate social networking for residents by hosting unit meetings and events
• Work closely with residence managers and fellow residence staff colleagues to foster safe and positive campus environment.
