ALL STUDENTS must complete their tuition registration by creating an invoice at www.kucapplications.ca

Submit a signed copy of this invoice to the Student Financial Services Office no later than     August 13, 2012.

Tuition Fee Schedules

Projected 2012 - 2013 Tuition Fees

Payment Plans Available at King's University College

Payment Plan A:

One Payment due on or before August 13, 2012.

  • Students who choose this payment plan must pay their full tuition no later than       August 13, 2012.  All payment methods (Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Cash, Cheque, Money Order, Bank Draft) are available to students who choose this plan.  Failure to make full payment by August 13, 2012, will result in a late payment charge (max $115/term for Canadian Students and max $315/term for International Students). 
  • Please Note:  If you are expecting a King's University College Entrance Scholarship or a Continuing Scholarship, you may deduct the amount of your expected scholarship from your August payment.  Please notify the Student Financial Services Office that you are choosing this option.  It is your responsibility to verify the status of your scholarship with the Office of the Registrar if you are expecting an Entrance Scholarship, and with the Academic Dean's Office if you are expecting a Continuing Scholarship.  If, for any reason, you no longer qualify for a scholarship, you are required to pay the withheld amount of your tuition immediately, or financial penalties will be assessed to your account.
Payment Plan B:

Two Payments - First payment due on or before August 13, 2012.  Second payment due on or before January 7, 2013

  • Students who choose this payment plan must make their first payment no later than August 13, 2012, and their second payment no later than January 7, 2013.
  • This payment plan is available to all Canadian Students, Permanent Residents, and Landed Immigrants taking 1 full credit or more.
  • Full time students will be charged an additional $60.00 fee to split your tuition, and if applicable an additional $60.00 fee to split residence fees.  Part time students will be charged pro-rated split payment fees depending on the number of courses you are taking.

Payment Plan C:

Monthly pre-authorized Debit payments

  • This payment plan is available to full time students only.
  • Consists of monthly pre-authorized withdrawals from a designated bank account.
  • Student must be approved by the Student Financial Services Office by August 1, 2012 in order to participate in this payment plan.  Please contact Natalie Walzak, Assistant Student Financial Services Officer at (519) 433-3491 Ext. 4355 for complete details.
  • King's University College reserves the right to deny or revoke the use of this payment plan.  Students who are ineligible, or do not meet the requirements of this Plan will be notified in writing by the Student Financial Services Office.

Third Party Sponsored Students

If your tuition will be paid by a Third Party Sponsor you must do the following:

  • Create your personal invoice at www.kucapplications.ca.
  • Print a copy of this invoice, write "Sponsored Student" at the top of the invoice, sign in all the required places, and submit the signed invoice to the Student Financial Services Office, Attention:  Lisa Tenhor by mail, fax, or in person.
  • Contact your sponsor, and ask them to send King's University College a letter stating that you are sponsored for the upcoming academic year, and what fees your sponsorship will cover.
  • Upon receipt of BOTH the invoice and your sponsorship letter, Student Financial Services will send an official invoice directly to your sponsor
  • Please Note:  It is your responsibility as the student to follow up with your sponsor and ensure that your account is paid in full no later than  August 13, 2012.  Standard late payment fees will apply to outstanding accounts after the due date.
  • Any tuition refunds will be returned directly to the sponsor within 6 - 8 weeks, unless the student is an OSAP student.
