To participate in the June convocation, you must apply to graduate by April 30. Visit the Western Student Center to apply to graduate and check that your name is written correctly.

Convocation Regalia
Graduating students attending convocation must wear academic regalia, which includes an academic gown and hood appropriate to their discipline. Exceptions to this are Indigenous students who may choose to wear traditional regalia, active military personnel who may decide to wear dress uniforms and clergy/members of religious orders who may opt to wear their religious apparel.

Spring graduates can order their regalia until Friday, May 17 from the Gaspard website.
